Attorney Walker has practiced law for more than thirty years for individuals, associations, nonprofits, small businesses and major corporations. He practices in disability, workers’ compensation, social security, child & youth law, special education, student discipline, historic preservation & conservation land use, employment, personal injury, criminal defense andgovernment liability. He has represented clients in municipal, state and Federal agencies and in state and Federal courts.

A.B. Brown University 1971; M.A. Syracuse University 1974; Qualification for doctoral studies, Syracuse University 1975-1978, J.D. Western New England College School of Law 1986.
